In 2011 this highly regarded event was merged into the inaugural Hexagon international conference as its Laser Scanning/HDS (High-Definition Surveying) sub-track. Today, this popular subtrack features: >40 high-quality presentations by leading users and Leica HDS staff on timely topics; special “mini-tracks” on scanning for Plants/Ships, Buildings/BIM, Heritage, and Forensics; >20 hands-on, expert-led training workshops; the popular "HDS Plan Contest" showcasing creative HDS deliverables from users around the world; very latest product demos; and, the very best networking opportunities available anywhere for laser scanning/HDS users. This sub-track also provides valuable information and contacts for those considering getting into laser scanning. Hundreds of conference attendees participate annually in this very popular sub-track.

• Geospatial Solutions
