Pascal Meier, Technical Lead IT Security, works with heart and soul. Security is his top priority –viruses and spyware just cannot get past him. In his private life, he appreciates freedom and leisure, which he spends as a drummer in several marching bands. He is able to pursue this passion because Hexagon focuses on providing the best possible work-life balance. As a result, almost all employees benefit from flexible working models, such as flexitime.

Pascal enjoys working with his colleagues and solves a wide range of challenges daily. He likes taking responsibility without being the centre of attention. “I am the one who sets the company’s pace – just like in our marching band. Although the background beat is rather quiet, the company can only run smoothly if we continuously do a good job. This kind of responsibility makes me proud.”
