As part of the Leica Geosystems 3D Reality Capture Solution, the Leica Cyclone FIELD 360 mobile-device app links the 3D data acquisition directly in the field with theRTC360laser scanner,ScanStation P30/P40andP50survey-grade laser scanners, orBLK360imaging laser scanner and the final data registration withleica Cyclone REGISTER 360post-processing office software.

On-site the user can automatically capture, register and examine scan and image data. The user interface combines easy handling of complex calculations with a graphical user guidance which offers a remarkable user experience also for novice users.

To further enhance the Leica Geosystems 3D Reality Capture Solution, theleica BLK3Dhandheld imager can host Cyclone FIELD 360. The BLK3D is a real-time, in-picture 3D measurement solution combining measurement sensors, software and on-device edge-computing data processing capabilities. Each image captured is a complete measurement record that contains height, width and depth measurements. Measurable 3D images captured with the BLK3D are stored in Cyclone FIELD 360 as GeoTags to enrich the point cloud. The BLK3D is a robust, high-performance controller to accompany the BLK360 and RTC360 laser scanners to deliver a unique end-to-end solution, provided exclusively by Leica Geosystems.

With Cyclone FIELD 360Quick Plan, you can create floor plans for a simple set of rooms directly on site. Start modelling rooms directly in the field when the laser scanner captures the environment by simply swiping along walls in the display and by picking points for windows and doors. Once you have finished modelling your room, you can export and share the final 3D model.
